Eva came to us from April and Steve Stone, at a lovely 10 week old girl. She matured into a beautiful bitch, whose offspring had a tremendous impact on our kennel.

Eva lived in our home as one of our beloved pets, and brought us so much joy and laughter. We miss seeing the contorted positions she could get into, but especially her "flippy feet".

When our 33 year marriage ended, Eva went to stay with David and Margaret Gould, who cared for her devotedly. Deeply missed and lovingly remembered by Donna Hounsell and Jessica Overman, David and Margaret Gould.

We grieve the sudden passing of our beloved "Mudgelina" (Magic), following surgery to remove a growth.
Although she came through the surgery well, she crossed to the Rainbow Bridge while sleeping.
"Magic" 11 years

Magic travelled the country with her family in their motorhome, making new friends wherever she went. Our sincere thanks to her mom Gloria, and dad, Stewart for giving our girl such a loving and secure home.

"Mudgels" lives on through her granddaughters, Melody and Eden (who has her grandma's "special" smile).

Our beloved "Fudder-Doo" joined his brothers "Ernie" and "Buford" at the Rainbow Bridge today. "Floyd"began to lose his vitality a few days ago, and today, he left this world, much as he entered it.... in our loving arms.

My bedroom will be empty without "Floyd's" panting and snoring for much of the night.

He leaves a legacy, in his grandchildren, Duke, Dominique and Nala.

There is a new star in the heavens today....Our beloved "Arnold"lost his battle with lymphoma. He was diagnosed with the disease on October 31, 2003. Initially, we had a couple of very rocky weeks, while getting his medication dosage regulated. Arnold then regained his appetite and love of life. He enjoyed his last months, each day, getting out into one of the exercise yards, being sure to water each of "his" trees.
 
 

We are so grateful for the 4 extra months we had with our wonderful "Narnoo". He left the world, cradled in our arms, with his best friend Jessica holding his precious face.

Our sincere thanks to all our friends who were there for us when Arnold first fell ill, for all the prayers they offered for his recovery, and for simply being there for us, lending a shoulder to lean on. We especially thank Jeanne and Terry Fashempour for offering to have Arnold stay with them while his semen was being collected for freezing and storage. Without them, and their generous offer of help, it wouldn't have been possible.

True friends are hard to find, and we appreciate and thank all of them for their kindness and friendship.

We thank God for the opportunity to share our lives and our love with our sweet Bufu-man. We had hoped for more time with this great old guy, however his health began failing a couple of months ago, and we were forced to make the agonizing decision.

He will live on thorough his kids, Rodney, Paige, Eden and Melody. We know he is waiting with his Moonfleet relatives at the Rainbow Bridge.

Sadly missed by Donna Hounsell and Jessica Overman, together with Nancy, Ben and Pete Hiron.

Moonfleet's Judea's Thunder .... "Andy" (May 17, 1996 - July 4, 2003) SIRE: Ch. Nikoma's Norton of Moonfleet, Am.Can.CD, NCA DD, OVC/OFA, CERF DAM: Beardog's White Magic, OFA-excellent "Andy" left our world today, and joined, at the Rainbow Bridge,  the rest of the "Moonfleet" furries who have gone before him.

Andy's Story

"Andy" left Canada and arrived in Israel at 10 weeks of age. When he was about 10 months old, the members of the Newf Club in Israel discovered that Andy was being abused and neglected by the family who had purchased him. We and the members of the Newf Club in Israel, began negotiations with his owners, and we were eventually able to arrange to have "Andy" returned to us at 14 months of age .... an emotional mess.

A wonderful woman named Jean Peace, met "Andy" and felt that she could make a difference in his life, and give him the love and emotional stability that he so desperately needed. With Jean's unconditional love, "Andy" learned to trust again.

Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Jean - for taking a chance on our boy, and giving him five happy and contented years. When others thought "Andy" wasn't worth saving, you showered him with your love and made him well.

"Diz", (aka the old bat) has been a fixture in our home since her birth. Her health had been very good until approximately 2 days ago, when she began to fail. Up to the end, she enjoyed food, and was hand fed banana bread at the vet clinic today. Her spirit left this world, while she was cradled in our arms, our tears raining down her sweet face.
